This is a really old photo I took for a college class. My project was on Street Musicians of Philadelphia. I found this man playing in Suburban Station, under the streets of Philadelphia’s Center City. He was playing Hava Nagila.
Ben Franklin Parkway

The city had water stations set up along the Parkway for the 4th of July. It was going to be a hot day and, this being a big holiday in Philadelphia, the streets were swollen with people. So, any kind of relief from the heat was welcome, but these stations were an especially good idea.
