This is so striking! It has the impression of a parade or a float in a parade with the only living thing set off by the beautiful rainbow fabric. You are so fortunate to travel, experience and photograph so much; in this case, history in the making.

I found her sitting on a statue just across from the Philadelphia Museum of Art. I was just lucky to walk by while she was there 🙂
